Everyone going on a field trip must be a WIPS member.The cost is $5.00 per person per trip and $3.00 for each child under 12; this includes the handouts.

Submit one form per trip.

If you submit this form electronically, it will hold a place for you but your payment must be received by mail within 14 days of the field trip. Space is limited on all trips and there is usually a wait list. You will receive a confirmation, details, directions and a payment reminder.

The WIPS Board of Directors voted at its November meeting to limit WIPS field trip participation to members only starting in 2001. There has been concern for many years that our liability insurance does not cover non-members, a concern shared by owners of private property who permit us access. If you have not already done so, please consider purchasing a family membership that allows you to take members of your household on all trips. Convince your friends that a WIPS membership is a small price to pay for the unique education and experience that each field trip offers.

 Our trip leaders are expert scientists, they spend vast amounts of time preparing their agendas and handouts, and they enjoy sharing their knowledge with us. Our trips are a bargain at any price!
